Our garments are measured flat.

– Length is from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

– Width is taken from 1 inch below the arm holes.

To pick a size, simply lay a favourite comparable item flat and measure it so you can compare it with the sizing chart available under the description of every product in our online store.

A photograph is a great addition to any design, but often they are not high enough resolution to be printed directly.

A simplified redraw is a great alternative to a photograph, as it maintains the original intent of the image while making it printable. Expert artists will transform your photograph to a vector graphic, where shades and tones are solidified to flat colors. Since our expert artists are reworking the image, there are different directions that they can take.

Even if your uploaded graphic is high resolution, these services are still available to make your design the very best it can be!

1 Color Redraw

1-Color Redraws are great options for a clear, affordable print. Expert artists will take the original image and convert it to be one color of ink. This is an easy, attractive way of saving money and making a dramatic statement on the shirt. The color of the shirt showing through can function as a second color.

Multi-Color Redraw

With more colors our artists can maintain more details from the original photograph, giving the 

graphic a more realistic style. The number of colors we’ll use for your design will vary based on your budget and your requirements fo

Simplified Artwork for Embroidery

Designs for embroidered products require additional attention by our artwork team. Since the artwork is being stitched, not printed, onto the surface of the fabric, there are special restrictions that must be taken into consideration. Mainly, embroidered products require that small details and thin lines are removed or bolded. This important adjusting process involves removing small details, substituting text with a more simplified font, and removing any shading or gradients.

As part of your proof process, we require approval of this adjusted artwork before moving forward with production!

Each order is reviewed carefully to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print.

All art is thoroughly checked for aesthetics, printability, and errors. We will automatically adjust common issues like alignment, contrast, line thickness, and spelling errors. Then you’ll get an email with a picture proof and details of any corrections before we process your order.

Your products are then decorated using digital printing, or embroidery. After your items are decorated, they will be shipped, and delivered to your door in 7-24 business days depending on where you are in the world. See more details about our worldwide shipping.

At QualiTshirt we take great pride in the quality of our apparel. But things happen sometimes, If your item is defective don’t panic!  You’re backed by our guarantee, so we’re going to do everything we can to make it right.

First things first, we have to see what’s wrong.  Take a picture (or few) of the shirts you received and send it to [email protected].  It’s also helpful to include your order number and a description of what the issue is.

If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please call us immediately at 1-416-887-7044. If your order has not begun production, we can usually accommodate your request. Changes to ANY order may result in delayed delivery.

For best results, always wash your garments inside out in cold water and lay flat to dry. Never add bleach or other chemicals! In time, printed garments may form stress marks after long time and repeated wearing and washing. Worn garments cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Direct to Garment Printing is a high-quality method of printing custom apparel. It is ideal for spot-colours (solid colours) and produces vibrant prints that leave a smooth texture on the t-shirt. Direct to Garment Printing uses a specially formatted inkjet printer that prints water-based ink directly into the fabric of your t-shirts. DTG printing is ideally used to print multi-colour images of small quantities of t-shirts, or to reproduce photos or full colour graphics. Direct to Garment leaves a softer feel, but still has the same long-lasting durability as the older way of Screen Printing.
