Any agreement between you and QualiTshirt Ltd is made on these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
An order quote not accepted within seven (7) business days is subject to price changes.
Once an order is approved by the client, it may not be cancelled or modified including, but not limited to, artwork changes, garment sizes, quantities, and personalization.
Experimental work done by QualiTshirt by the client’s request, such as sketches, drawings, composition, screen, presswork, and materials, will remain the exclusive property of QualiTshirt and charges depend on complexity of request. Use of the preparatory work or ideas obtained from the preparatory work is prohibited except upon compensation to be determined by QualiTshirt and agreed upon in writing.
Preparatory work done by QualiTshirt by the client’s request including, but not limited to, sketches, copy, and dummies, will remain the exclusive property of QualiTshirt. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ARTWORK
Artwork, type, copy, screens, negatives, positives, colour separations, and other items when supplied by QualiTshirt will remain the exclusive property of QualiTshirt except upon compensation to be determined by QualiTshirt and agreed upon in writing.
Alterations represent work performed in addition to the original specifications. Any additional work will be charged at current rates and agreed upon in writing.
Proof approvals and revisions are to be communicated through the online Proofing Studio to avoid delays to the final due date. Revisions and approvals sent by the client through emails, rather than through the Proofing Studio, may cause delays to the order. For an order to enter production the following business day, proof approval is required before 3:00pm EST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
For orders requiring manual approval outside of the Proofing Studio, written approval is required through email. If revised proofs are desired, a written request must be made when proofs are received. Revisions to manual orders are only accepted through email
QualiTshirt regrets any errors that may go through production undetected. QualiTshirt cannot be held responsible for errors if the word, design, or logo is printer as per the client’s approval or if changes are communicated verbally.
Due to differences in equipment, garments, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs and completed order will constitute acceptable delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
QualiTshirt does not assume liability for any delays with couriers and cannot provide refunds or discounts as a result of courier delays. QualiTshirt can only guarantee that the client’s order has left the QualiTshirt premises on time. The price quoted is for a single shipment, without storage, F.O.B., local client’s place of business or F.O.B. QualiTshirt platform for out-of-town clients, unless otherwise specified. Proposals are based on continuous and uninterrupted delivery of completed orders, unless specifications distinctly state otherwise.
We are so confident in the product we provide that we also guarantee our quality of printing and embroidery is free from any defect or misprints. But of course, sometimes mistakes do happen. We will provide a full refund on any stained, damaged or incomplete garments. If your order does not resemble (within a reasonable limit) the digital proofs we provide you, we will re-do your order at no charge, provided that the original garments are returned within 30 days.
QualiTshirt shall disclaim any and all express or implied warranties of merchandise or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Although QualiTshirt uses quality materials, due to the wide variation in laundering conditions and detergents, QualiTshirt does not guarantee against any fading or shrinkage of garments during laundering. Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchanges, refunds, or compensation beyond 5 days will be accepted.
QualiTshirt strongly urges clients to leave some room between the time their order is placed and the time they require the order to be ready or in-hand. Although our general order completion time is within 7-10 business days of proof approval on most products, delays in proofing, courier delivery, and other uncontrollable events can occur. No order is considered placed until all related order information including, but not limited to, artwork and confirmation and payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. It is highly recommended that you order extra shirts as low quantity reorders may be expensive.
